Lavado
Todas las prendas están pintadas artesanalmente. Por ello recomendamos un lavado delicado para alargar la vida de la prenda y la pintura el mayor tiempo posible. Lavar en frío y preferiblemente a mano. No utilizar lejía ni planchar encima del dibujo.
Washed
All garments are hand painted. Therefore we recommend a delicate wash to extend the life of the garment and paint as long as possible. Wash cold and preferably by hand. Do not use bleach or iron on the drawing.
Tiempo de entrega
Al traterse de productos realizados a mano, el tiempo de entrega varía de unos productos a otros, según el diseño y si están en stock o se encargan. Este tiempo puede variar de 4-5 días para los productos en stock a unas 3-4 semanas para la aquellos que se realizan por encargo.
Delivery time

Pago y Envío
El pago se realizará por adelantado y mediante transferencia bancaria o ingreso en cuenta. También disponemos de pago a través de Paypal; solicítelo si así lo desea.
Realizamos envíos a todo el mundo. Los pedidos se enviarán a través de empresa de paquetería y correo certificado. El coste varía dependiendo del tamaño y peso. Los portes serán a cargo del comprador.
Payment and Shipping
Payment will be made in advance and by bank transfer or deposit account. We also have payment through Paypal; Request it if you wish.We ship worldwide. Orders will be sent through post offices and will be certificated. The cost varies depending on size and weight. Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Devoluciones
En el caso en que el cliente no esté conforme con el artículo adquirido, dispone de 14 días naturales desde el momento de entrega para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento y solicitar la devolución del importe o el cambio del producto. Los artículos deben ser devueltos en su embalaje original, en las mismas condiciones en las que se envió. Si el artículo está usado o en malas condiciones, no se aceptará la devolución.
El derecho de desistimiento y devolución del consumidor no será aplicable en el caso de productos personalizados. Si compró un bien confeccionado conforme a sus especificaciones o claramente personalizado, no podrá devolverlo. Si tiene alguna duda sobre cualquier producto, consúltenos. Estamos a su disposición para ayudarle.
Antes de devolver el producto, deberá hacernos llegar un correo electrónico comentándonos la incidencia. Para ello utilice nuestra dirección de correo datrezzo@gmail.com . Los gastos de envío y manipulación correrán por cuenta del cliente, a no ser que el error sea nuestro, en cuyo caso nos haremos cargo de los mismos.
Returns
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the item purchased, he has 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery to exercise his right of retreat and request the return of the amount or the change of the product.
